*Jesus Christ The Living Hope *

*Bible verse: Romans 5:5 *“And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.”
*Reflections *
As we continue in Advent season, one of the most powerful thing we can hold on to is Hope. Jesus came to give us hope. Dictionary meaning of Hope is “a feeling of expectation and desire for a particular thing to happen”. This current Pandemic that the whole world has been going through for almost one year has really shown that hope is a substance we all need to hold onto more than ever before. Hope has kept us and brought us thus far and hope will continually strengthen us. *Hebrews 11:1 *“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Can I encourage you reading this devotional today to have Hope in Jesus Christ because he is hope for the world today. Jesus Christ is the Love of God personified and you shall not be put to shame as you put hope in Christ Jesus.

*Prayers *
Father thank you for the hope you have given me through your Son Jesus Christ. I pray as I prepared to celebrating the Birth of Jesus Christ at (Christmas), I receive a renewed hope in Jesus Christ name. Amen.
